Learn more about me
I’ve been part of Canada’s workforce development ecosystem since 2018, the year I moved to Toronto. Since then, I’ve worked closely with newcomers in a range of roles, delivering both 1:1 coaching and group training sessions, and supporting the career growth of hundreds of job seekers as a career counsellor.
My work has also included extensive experience supporting refugees and survivors of gender-based violence, helping individuals navigate some of the most complex and vulnerable transitions in their lives with care, structure, and practical direction.
I also bring close working experience with leading tech companies and financial institutions, collaborating with their hiring and social impact teams to better connect employer needs with talent development. I’ve led and facilitated virtual and in-person workshops for non-profit organizations, alumni associations, case workers, educational institutions, and student groups — translating complex labour market dynamics into clear, actionable guidance.
As a new Canadian myself, I combine professional expertise with lived experience. I understand the realities of starting over, and I’m committed to helping people move through transition with clarity, confidence, and momentum.

Approach/Philosophy
At First Sight Canada, I see beyond the challenges of relocation and focus on the immense possibilities that lie ahead. By combining personalized support with a deep understanding of the immigrant/expat experiences, as well as the Canadian landscape, I aim to bridge cultural gaps, foster mutual respect, and create a harmonious environment where everyone feels valued and understood.
Values
EMPOWERMENT THROUGH KNOWLEDGE
I believe that informed decisions lead to successful outcomes. At First Sight Canada, my goal is to equip immigrants with the knowledge and tools they need to thrive in their new environment.
COMPASSIONATE GUIDANCE
Every job seeker’s journey is unique, and I approach each story with empathy and understanding. My commitment is to provide personalized support that resonates with individual needs and aspirations.
BUILDING BRIDGES NOT BARRIERS
Integration is a two-way street. I strive to foster a community where newcomers and locals come together, celebrating diversity and forging lasting connections.
Land Acknowledgment
First Sight Canada was built on the traditional homelands of the Wendat (Wen-dat) , Haudenosaunee (Ho-den-O-Show-nee), and Anishnaabek (A-Nish-Naw-bek) Confederacies. As an immigrant-settler, I am forever grateful for the Indigenous communities who took care of this land for many generations.
